What do you ladies do for severe nasal congestion at night. I wake up breathless multiple times.

When’s the last time your air filter was changed?

@kkmamax3, last week. We change it once a month.the cool mist humidifier kind of helps but I think it’s given me a cough.

@sigmaseal2003, hmmm we changed ours a few weeks ago and I could breath sooo much better, so thought maybe that would help you too 🤔

Have you told your doc??

I know you can use a nasal spray while pregnant but I’m not sure what the name of the one I got while pregnant..

@meggcragle, that’s the daytime problem. At night nothing is getting in or out of my nose. :(

@kkmamax3, yeah he just told me to sleep elevated but it doesn’t help me breathe.

@worlds.okayest.mom, really? My doc told me decongestant meds can cause heart problems for the baby.

Sudafed, the kind you get from the pharmacist is ok.
