What do you do when you have early contractions. #twins

Er! Especially at 16 weeks.

I'm a little further along than you with twins too and definitely go up to the er, it's best to be safe in case the Drs need to stop labor

Is your whole belly getting hard with each contraction or just feeling the cramping??

Once they start again you should head to the er so they can make sure everything is okay with you and the babies
