Does anyone know what to clean stiches with? My doctor said peroxide but someone said not to because…

Usually you don't wanna get them wet but water and some soap

@kambam they said after 3 days I could wet them but he said use peroxide

Oh well then your doc probably knows best. Idk what the stitches are for or the wound but you can also just run under water for a few minutes and rub gently with a cloth or qtip and pat dry

@kambam I washed it with some warm soap water and a q tip

I used this to clean my c-section incision. It worked great, left no "scum", and never burned.
