I had a sweep yesterday, holy crap it sucked! How did yours go? Are you dilated or effaced at all?

If your having cramping or irregular contractions try nipple stimulation. I did it and had my daughter the same night. Had to do it for a hour straight.

@tavi.young hey momma. I was NOT dilated (just effaced, she never said how'd much) but once the sweep was finished I wss 1.5cm. It was uncomfortable for me, but bearable

You can use a breast pump or just rub the areola and nipple

Yay to the 1.5cm progress! I've been taking 4000mg Evening Primrose Oil the past couple of days last week I was not effaced at all and like I said, yesterday 50% It's cheap and I take it before bed. Worth a shot!

Also same, it was bearable just a bit uncomfortable.

I did it bouncing on the ball. I wanted my bbg out I was miserable
