Ugh they put it like right in my hand near my thumb with my first. It was so uncomfortable trying to breast feed with that stupid thing. Or just holding stuff in general because it would keep getting deeper.

They use to put it in my hand by my thumbs all the times I went in, but when lucky the day I went into labor with my son I had a nurse that was smart and put it a little above my wrist. At first I was like uh what are you doing?? That’s gonna feel weird and bother me bc ivs bother the heck out of me. But after she did it, I didn’t feel a thing after. Totally forgot about it, never got in the way when sleeping or when I was breastfeeding. She taped the cord along my wrist going behind so it’s by my palm!

@dominiques, i need mine like that, the nurse that did mine did it in my upper inner arm in like the smallest vein possible and it hurts so bad when i move it i can barely even move my arm ugh

Have them put it in your wrist. It gives you the most freedom and comfort
