Can honestly say today was the first time reality has some what hit that I'm going to be a mother. I started the first of my two week appointments, I received all the paperwork for my birth plans, birth certificate, labor & delivery pre-registration packet, health care proxy, breastfeeding, Lamaze & CPR classes. I also added my daughter to my insurance and got a script from my midwife for a breast pump from my insurance, as well as my STD claim for my maternity leave got approved today and I have finally been issued a check. It's finally hitting me that in 22 days we will have our baby shower and 80 days (give or take) my daughter will be here.. It's starting to feel more real as the days pass and things start to come together. I can't wait to meet my sweet pea and watch my little family flourish. I couldn't be more blessed with the man I have by my side through this process. I am so proud of how far he has come and can't wait to watch him grow even more as a man and as a father. I am grateful for what this life has given me.❤
