Goodness. That old time nonsense is infuriating. Breast milk is perfect food for your child if you can provide it. It’s pure nonsense that she will get sick. Rather the contrary. You do what you feel and know is best. Not to be convenient for someone else. It’s your child. Not your mother in law. Speak to your doctor if need be to if you want to have a stronger argument for your mother in law.

I agree with @sunshyne76, breastmilk is best for soo many reasons.

Team breast milk all the way. It helps fight colds etc

Breast is best unless u absolutely can’t breastfeed you should, it’s your child and you know what’s best for her if you want to continue then do so , tell her politely that you appreciate her advice but you want make the main decisions when it comes to your daughter @mikaylanichol101,

Remember this is your child, your decisions. If you want to change what they are fed, you decide it’s best. Not because someone else makes you feel bad about it. You are doin a good job so continue on your path Mama ❤️

i formula fed. i wanted to breastfeed but i just couldnt. its YOUR choice! no one else's, you know your baby better than anyone else if you think shes fine then don't switch her

Do what best for you and your child there no one way for ever one dont let anyone tell u formula horrible . Or u have to breastfeed ...try both ..untill u body knows what it wants to due .
