@noahs.mommy You can't smoke it in public or be carrying it unsealed or not in it's original packaging. Can't smoke and drive. Can't sell it to anyone else. I'm not sure if you can give it to someone, I don't see why not as long as they're 21 or older and can have it, also I don't think you can give it if it's medical.
@noahs.mommy Basically smoke it at your house or somewhere not public. You could probably get a ticket if you're on a porch or on a balcony facing the public.
Where I live in Reno they pass it the same day we got our President. We got so many store already selling. Can’t drive while being high you will go to jail for a DUI have to be 21 to buy with or without medical. Can’t sell it or you will go to jail for tend to sell. Only can smoke in your house or outside of your home. They can’t do anything if you’re outside of your house you’re still on your property. Just can’t do out in public. Yeah, right people here in Reno then still smoke out in public one was smoking right in front of a cop and the cop didn’t do anything, because they don’t want to do lots of paperwork for a misdemeanor when they need to worried about the real bad people.

You can purchase as long as you are 21 years or older with a picture ID. And at only locations that sell it. So far only certian places have it.
