I would hold off on giving Tylenol until after shots just to make sure baby doesn’t have a fever before hand. Just a precaution.

It’s pretty much 3 shots & one to drink . I gave her Tylenol before going And she didn’t get a fever

So that's 6 total but may be 8 depending on different things. Its ok if you don't nurse but she will probably be fussy and need extra comfort.

May run fever after, fussy. New recommendation don't give Tylenol beforehand. If you nurse do it during or immediately after.
