Finally some good news. The appraisal is coming up fast, and the seller of the house can close and move out early!

This is after my sisters dog pissed in my bedroom, then she chewed up my dogs feeding bowl. Which my sister read the message that I sent her and didn’t say anything!!! Then my hand shaked and I spilt my daughters juice on my car seat, then forgot to screw the cap on, my daughter jumped on the seat and spilt more juice on my seat...

NOW the stupid dog is in the kennel and she’s wigging out, pacing and her collar jingles, and she scratches at the kennel.
