I normally work the 9a-5p shift at work, but I'm filling in today and tomorrow on the 5p-1a shift. Now I go to bed between 8 and 9 every night and get up between 7 and 8 every morning. So last night I stayed up til 3am hoping it would make my shift tonight easier because I'd sleep in longer but no.. I've been up since 7 anyways. Tonight is going to rock!

8 healthy crock pot meals (7 to freeze and one for dinner tonight) prepared and cleaned up in less than two hours (would have taken less but I have a newborn so I was limited to one hand at times). I feel accomplished and am soooo looking forward to not cooking every night!

N that I'm not going to be working for at least 3 months? every time I bring it up he gets mad n don't wanna hear it.. any of u ...
