Is my baby suppose to grunt so much

Is the baby hungry? I looked and it said grunting could mean they're hungry.

My son grunted a lot in the beginning too, their tiny little bodies are still figuring out how to breathe, digest, and just function properly in general. It's normal 🙂

He's still doing it and sometimes he'll do it for 5-10 minutes just randomly letting out grunts and squeaks
