I have a feeling I'm going to need extra help getting pregnant my second go around can anyone tell me if they had a very hard time getting pregnant and what they did to finally get pregnant? Only thing that has changed about me is that I gained weight and my doctor said is not bad weight I am healthy now. I need help we want a baby.
