I went to er cause I was feeling mild cramping but it went away and I should be 5 weeks pregnant and 6 days and the er did ultrasound and blood work and ultrasound is showing no heartbeat 💔I might be too early but they are also saying It might be miscarriage I have to go back in two days to get blood drawn to see if my blood levels are going up which is good thing or down which means I am misscarring I’m really sad 😢
