Threw up twice now ,my head hurts idk if I should go to the er or just sleep it thru

Threw up twice now ,my head hurts idk if I should go to the er or just sleep it thru
No just this headache hurts alot and it’s odd cuz I don’t throw up with this pregnancy; so I’m sure my headache is causing it right now
