Try to stay positive momma! Your own mind can be your worst enemy. You're taking anti depressant? If not and you really should start feeling depressed, talk with your doc immediately about that

Same... you’ll be fine. Just make sure you have a support system in place and never be afraid to ask for help with the kiddos.
I recommend a therapist on a weekly basis - once a month at the bare minimum. Anti-depressants are a category b drug, so not entirely safe during pregnancy. I’ve also used the better help website and it was very helpful.

@krisfreeman, if you need to chat, I am here. I have always battled with anxiety and depression.

@0711_sandra I will look into that once I deliver. I had it with my last pregnancy, it was awful.

@lulu85_18 great, thanks for the info and I'll see if my insurance covers therapy if it gets that serious. Which I hope NOT. I'll DEFINITELY inbox you if I need to talk 😙

@krisfreeman, talk to them before you leave and if you feel it now you need to talk to your ob because if you start on antidepressants they can help .. I took them after my first daughter and second I started during pregnancy and let me tell you I was sad but I was ok .. I try to have this fuck you mind set and say it’s gonna be ok .. we can’t control people or things that happen just live life day by day and for these kids to show our babies nothing can stop us and no one will treat us badly
