Yes, what @worlds.okayest.mom, said. It’s very boring. I had them frequently with my youngest during the last trimester. You get to relax which is always nice.

Yes I have one ever Monday and Thursday you just sat there while they monitor your contractions and babies heart rate, I be about to go to sleep

Been doing it the last few weeks twice a week, it's boring. Nice to know baby is good and see him once a week though. They monitor baby and contractions for 20 or so minutes and will do an ultrasound to measure your fluid ..
