Both of them sound really good. I would do HIV/AIDS..most elderly people that read their medical history have depression as well. Good Luck sweetie.

Depression in elderly! You may learn a lot and it’s probably honestly more interesting hearing stories or things they say

Depression in elderly is much more common. I'm guessing since it's a paper, elderly won't actually read it, but I find it helpful to have a targeted audience as if they would be reading it. Your target being elderly (women being the focus), it'd be more relatable as more of them struggle with depression than with HIV/AIDS, so I'd say Depression would be a great topic.
