Every week my daughter does some stupidness that totally ruins everything. Last night I discovered she's sprayed the tv with god knows what now it has fucking water damage it is my OH tv aswell he's fucking fuming. She's grounded for a week now that will be in her room with fuck all only aloud meals no treats. Not seeing her nan now either. Oh said putting locks on everything. She is slowly destroying our home and our relationship now. I just don't understand how my 5 year old can never learn. I have tried EVERYTHING I want to give up I won't but I want to because she is the one causing so many problems. HELP!

oh don't really know what to suggest, but make sure you and OH stay a team! take some time for yourself as a couple and don't let her behavior upset you two and your relationship.
I find shouting at Brody never got a reaction from him. I get down to his level and explain what he's done wrong and that I'm upset/disapointed in him and he's having time out for it. Where he sits away from everyone and everyone ignores him till he's done his time. He hates it cause he loves all eyes on him 😂 I now mearly mention the naughty chair in my house and Brody stops whatever he's doing cause he hates it 🤔
Hopefully it's just a stage, and she's being naughty for attention? Not really got much experience of older kids tbh so probs wrong person to help though. Just didn't wanna read and not comment.

@beffgoude thank you I really appreciate it! See I mention time out I get laughed at seriously furiates me. I have tried so much stuff don't know what I'm doing wrong she has everything and ruins it. We are arguing now because he does give her the world n she just fucks things up it don't help that she's not biologically his because I'm stuck in the middle even though I've given him right to discipline her it still makes me scared he's gna just get up n leave one day because it's not getting better xx

@erincharlie1226 hey I'll have got it all to come when Brody gets to that age! haha. And awwh it's a shame, I really don't know what to suggest for you other than just stick with it and hopefully it'll click eventually and she might just stop destroying your home and causing you all un-needed stress 🤔

@beffgoude I'm starting to wonder if she's actually okay up there she does so many strange things I think I should take her to the gp I know people think ahh any excuse but seriously it's causing me to be depressed and ruining the family life. Am I out of order for taking her to a doctor ?xx

@erincharlie1226 end of the day your her mum and you know her behavior, if you think she needs to see someone then in my world there's no harm in just checking it out. you don't know unless you try it out you might be able to get some advice/help for her and you.
