HELP 😟!!!

Ive been having hard and constant heart palpitations for hours on end lately. My heart rate isn't increased at all, just really hard. It'll beat normally twice, then will have a pause, then will beat really irregularly and hard taking my breath away everytime. I do get chest pain frequently but nothing excruciating. Should I be worried or have you experienced this? I can't sleep but I don't want to go to the ER for it to either go away when I get there or be told it's normal
