I’m considered plus size now because I stopped being as active once so quit roller derby. But I remember I lost so much weight while nursing my first baby. I plan to nurse with my second for the overwhelming benefits including a healthier lifestyle. ☺️
@lulu85_18, wow roller derby sounds so cool . I was probably 150 around this time I wanted to be @ 130 and then once I got pregnant my appetite grew . Now I’m 175 😫 I’ll probably be & 200 before I give birth I hope I don’t . But I agree with you in breastfeeding it helps you lose the weight even quicker . I’m not sure whether or not if ima breast feed or not depends if I take my medication.
