I used what my old Italian family members called a Girdle my mom took me to sears or Macy’s one of those and i got three pantie ones that have those bra straps without the bra it has the six different hooks so you can adjust the sizes I wore those for like two weeks even resting then when I was ok I got the half belly ones from fashion to figure but remember slowly tightening
