So I bought some gym equipment for home, treadmill, bike, rowing machine and what not. I have anxiety and going to a gym is just way too much for me. For the people who work out at home, how do you do it with your little ones around? Faye's doesn't really sit there and play long she likes to be up and about alot.

Awe I really want to buy some gym equipment for home 😍😍 Where did you get your stuff from? At the moment it may seem.best to.go to the gym...but like you have anxiety about it. Maya will sit and watch the Minions film or Moana :) she likes to play on her own mostly :) i can always distract her with youtube if need be....or exercise can be done when bubbas in bed xx

@winterbaby95 I got the treadmill from very, the bike on gumtree and the Rowing mashing from Argos. I might try putting a film on for Faye today, see how she sits. She doesn't sleep till like half 8-9 she's really hard to settle aha, the times still a working process but I think, I could use the treadmill in the day since its really noisy and the rest when she sleeps. Xxx
