On January 1 at 6:48 a.m. I gave birth naturally to little Miss Diana Raelynn.🌸
Now not many people knew I was pregnant for a lot of reasons, but now that we know what we know it's time to tell why it has been so hard.
There is not a definite diagnosis but it is clear she was born with Trisomy 13. She has been moved to Children's hospital to be closely monitored for her brain wave activity showing she is having seizures. Some of which she shows physically and some aren't and are recorded on her brain activity. Being she has a cleft lip and pallet, she is on a feeding tube as well.
We are not sure what will happen but are taking it one day at a time. I am doing my best to be strong for Kinsey and Olivia, but it is hard to process at the same time. No one knows when she can come home and no one knows what will change even in a matter of minutes, but your thoughts and prayers have been a warm welcome to us. 💞

I know this is a late response to this photo, but I would just like to say that I hate that you’re having to go through this. I know it must be hard, I couldn’t imagine. But god placed her with you, because he knew you would love her unconditionally and take care of her for as long as you are able to. It’s a hard battle but he knew you could handle it.
