I hate sitting at home while my husband is out in these negative temps fighting a fire

At least he saves people's lives girl. But I'm srry ur going thru that. I couldn't imagine how hard it is.

@brittanymetzger2015 it's just weird I stopped volunteering when we started trying to get pregnant. With everything that happened and how we were working he barely ran calls so this is new to me staying behind as he runs off. I worry about him but kno he will be okay. I'm proud of him and it'll be something our daughter can look up to.

@lillyb wow. How an awesome man u have girl. It's always scary when it comes to certain jobs. Especially cops, EMT, fire fighter. Those types of jobs. She would be very proud of her daddy.

@brittanymetzger2015 he actually starts his EMT classes Monday. Something he has always wanted to do but we couldn't afford the classes and the company is paying for it for him since he has really been showing effort the last couple months and going to training every week and such. It def is scary and after Philly just had a firefighter pass away today in a fire it's just shaking me up a bit but I kno he has a good team with him.

I just worry with this wind and negative temps it's freezing out there.

@brittanymetzger2015 I'm glad he is getting to do it especially after the rough year we had and all he went thru he deserves it. Tho we will be losing him 2 extra evenings a week on top of work and fire training but it's only until may so I can deal for him
