Anyone else struggling with weight loss? I have never been as big as I am now): I want to lose this weight so badly, but with a sick 2 year old and 2 other kids I have no time for the gym, I have no motivation,and I can’t seem to find it. I’m a stay at home mom,and need all the tips and help i can’t get 😂😂 I love food 😂😂😂

Lots of veggies and meats. Some fruits and low carbs. Meal planning helps keep to a diet and there are tons of exercise video on YouTube that you can use. They even have ones that include your kids.

No diet foods or chemical sugar (stevia and honey are natural)

Weight loss is mostly your diet. most women need about 1500 cal a day depending on their bmi. So good news is you can still love food! You just gotta love it a little less. Cut out all processed food and sugar, cook most of your meals and you will see a difference.
