How do you ladies get baby to fall asleep and stay asleep on their own??? Argh!!! She’ll be out cold but every time I put her down she’s wide awake!!! And she’ll only fall asleep if I’m holding her!!

It’s 100% normal at that age. It gets better. I put my son down now awake and he puts himself to sleep but it’s only been that way for a couple months. I put beans/rice in a glove and sewed it. Put it in the microwave for a couple seconds and put it on his back so he thought I was still touching him.
I saw somewhere that putting a heating pad on their mattress, on low, and taking it out before you put baby in could help, since it'll be all warm like you. But if you try it you should always make sure the mattress isn't too warm before you but her in.
My son was like that until I just put him in his crib and let him cry it out now he goes to sleep when I put him to bed
