@missjess I'm sure he will go through a growth spurt again. My son's at 34 inches 🙄 it's hectic how fast he grew out of his clothes....12-18 month clothing went fast....

My son dipped in his curve at 15m, but we all think it was just a botched measurement, since he's back up in the 90% now. He was about 34" at his 18m appointment, and neither of us are super tall.

@bluepenguin, I looked it up on google and for 15 months it said up to 29- 33in ( I think) was fine so I would think 16 months would be fine too. But they said he falling on the shorter side. I'm not really to worried about it and they weren't either I just wonder what Is making his growth stunt a little. But even my mom was like omg once he takes off oooph! Cause his dad is so tall! And his grandpa is tall too. So he got tall genes. But his weight is good! It making buying clothes really hard especially jeans. He's inbetween sizes and jeans he's still in 9s but they are starting to get tight in his waist but then 12a swim on him lol. I bought him a bunch of stuff for Xmas and 2 shirts already are to small I'm like such a waste

@missjess he's definitely not on the shorter side...I believe that's normal for his age, mines just abnormally tall for his age haha.. like god damn he's in 24 m or 2T and wears size 7 shoe, but I understand, like some 18 months are too tight, especially jeans for him, I can't win..he's also at 28lbs now...which the ped said is normal according to his height. But even if he is that tall now, bet how tall your son will be once he's a teenager! He'll really grow!

@bluepenguin, Dang. I know once my son does grow I'm done lol. My son only weigh 23lbs he's little compared to your son lol. He's always been little though. Even though he was a big at birth he was in newborn clothes God till like 3 months old. These

If he has an intolerance to wheat like with celiac it will stunt the growth in children. Once they have a wheat/gluten free diet tho (about 1-3 years) they will start growing. Has a lot to do with nutrients not getting through the damaged villi. I'm sure he'll be right on track tho soon. You mentioned cutting out gluten and wheat I believe. He's still cute as a button!!
