I've drank 2 beers and tested my breast milk with the strips and it was okay to give the baby. I drank 2 glasses of wine and it was not okay. Buy the stripes to test your milk. It all varies. Also, if you ever go out drinking and you wake up hungover that milk is also not safe to give baby.

One cup of red wine and you can still breastfeed . If you drink hard liquor just keep pumping and dumping and breastfeed the next day . That’s what i would do to keep my supply up and not decrease.. but honestly liquor decreases your supply unless it’s wine or beer . Some beer boosts up the supply
