I work at a McDonald’s and i am so sick of people calling/coming up here talking about I got food (days,weeks) ago and it wasn’t right I want it remade/refund. Okayyyy you don’t even have a receipt let alone any of the food. I’m not remaking it or giving you a refund for food that for all I know was made perfectly right and eaten already. Seriously people? It’s been like 4 customers like that this week get pissed off at me because I’m not giving them free food.

Wen I worked at McDonalds this lady ordered a big Mac meal... ate half of it n drank the whole soda came back n said it was hair n her food... the hair was hers from her wig, we had two blonde women n as cooks with caps.. I was so mad my manager gave her a refund..
