I haven't had any type of pills shots or anything my period is regular but I am now 8 days. Late but I'm scared to take a test I want to wait to the very last min

I honestly think the birth control caused my PCOS. My period is normal now that I've lost weight and started being healthier. I took Depo-provera for a year and then completely stopped because it made me gain 110LBS and I noticed I didn't have periods for awhile and so the diagnosed me with PCOS and they eventually gave me oral birth control to help regulate my periods but I learned that it's poison. I haven't took bc for about a year now and my fertility is finally coming back.
