Yesss you absolutely can 😃 I had TANF before my husband got into the Army and we both went together they told me he wouldn’t be put on child support because me and him live together and we were both at the time jobless

I'm in California I don't know if it's different but you can get wic no matter what and food stamps and medical they won't do anything to him for that... You don't even have to mention his name I didn't ... And if you file for child support file through the child support office not welfare you'll get more and it's easier

@aziarashae yup in texas that's how it works. I had to put my sons father on cs. But then I started working so I dont qualify for shit anymore. Lmao "you make too much money". Smh. Only reason I didnt want to put him on cs was cause he would get visitation rights by law. But thankfully he doesnt. The lady was all trying to get me to put my daughters dad on cs cause he was working out of our region I was like are you dumb we live together but he's just working away from home.
