Went to our therapist again today and she gave us both screenings and diagnosed us both with clinical depression and me also with anxiety. Even though we've both been diagnosed in the past she wanted to screen us again which makes sense bc it's been years. She also suggested I come on by myself also for individual therapy not just marriage counseling. Ugh. It would be good for me, but I so don't want to.
