So I'm really about to sue my local hospital. My daughter got a small fracture in her arm from when I had to hold her little arm down for her chest xrays. Which I'm not suppose to do but they made me do it. Then while we were in the hospital for her arm and rsv I requested a cast or something For her arm and they told me no because it'll heal on its own just keep it still. How am I going to keep her arm still when I have to put clothes on her and move her around to feed and to put her in her car seat?!?! And now we're back in here again because they say its swollen and its gotten worse and they've decided to put a cast on it. I feel if they would've listened to me when I asked for a cast we wouldn't be here again. May I add we just went home Tuesday after being here 5 days smh. They are never doing their job!

@sabby naw it was sentara here in Virginia. We've had patients die in the waiting room at the ER. They're horrible but its the closest 1 to me.

Not to mention calling cps... that's ridiculous. Poor baby girl. How can you hold a LO still for anything?? Are they that stupid? Keep record of everything if you do sue

@morganmommy79 that's exactly what I told them. If they wanted it to stay still they shouldve put a cast on it because its not going to stay still and my husbamd is recording everything.

@beemommyof3 because they failed to do their job. Even her pediatrician said I'm not suppose to hold her down for that because I wasnt trained to do it. And she agreed to back me up on it. This hospital literally kills people. They caused a tumor to burst in my grandma stomach and made her cancer spread. Then they had someone die in the ER waiting room because they made her sit out there for so long. This place sucks

Get copies of all medical records from that day. Call a lawyer. You have a case.
