.. ever since my son was born.. I have not gotten a good nights sleep 😩😩😩.. he still does not sleep through the night!

@tiffanyf, yea I think it will b worth it.. because I am getting about 2-3 hours of sleep at a time.. I will try it! Thank you!
@yayymeee69, yeaaa it’s hard I cried the first night but he wasn’t sleeping , I was getting 4-5 hrs of broken sleep but it works !!
@tiffanyf, oo that method, yea I have heard of it but have felt sort of weird about it.. you know how it is you want to run to them when you hear the slightest cry.. I will try it out maybe tonight because I seriously need him to start sleeping through the night
Cry it out method , I just started Wednesday with my 6 month old and he’s already sleeping through the night .. basically when it’s time for nap/bedtime let them cry till they fall asleep in their crib/play pen.. they eventually begin to soothe themselves .. the second day I seen major progress , and he’s so stubborn had to be swaddled with a bobo .. now can go to sleep on his own within a few mins only been a few days !! @yayymeee69,
How did you do it? I have tried to take away that one bottle he drinks when he first wakes up.. i have heard about just leaving them alone in the crib & even if they wake up to let them just fall asleep on their own
Have you tried sleep training? We started on Sat and he’s slept through the night 3 out of the past 4 nights
Yea my son has days when he only wakes up once but usually he wakes up 2-3 times.. it is painful! 😩😩 i just want to sleep
Omg! I feel your pain. My son only gets up once a night now but that just started recently. He was getting up 2-3 times a night. My oldest always slept.
@yayymeee69, yes ! Don’t give in , don’t pick him up ... than you did all that for nothing , I promise it’s worth it !!
