My nose is so dry it is almost bleeding. So uncomfortable. Going to set up the humidifier tonight. Any other suggestions…

Take a q tip, dip it in Vaseline or coconut oil and rub the inside of your nose with it. That’s what my daughters ent told me to do.

@starienite, I’ve never tried the coconut oil. Only Vaseline and it works good.

Saline spray will help where you can't get the Vaseline
