Contractions were a steady 5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute each for about 2 hours. Midwife told me to lay down and try to rest. No real big contractions since then. We’re praying after some rest they’ll pick back up.

Contractions every ten minutes and they are consistent and getting stronger just started about a hour ago
Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
