This year I WILL keep off the inches and build some muscle! πŸ™‚

I'm down about 11lbs from pre-pregnancy weight, and these pants have been too big since a few month postpartum... I guess it's time to finally buy pants that fit now! πŸ™ˆ

Breastfeeding works wonders for dropping the lbs!
Other than that, no secrets... I've been eating junk and not really exercising much other than carrying around my little chunky baby (now, a not so chunky toddler).

To kick start my year, I worked out most of days in December and ate less pizza. Now, I'm going to continue that into the new year! :) I know once I stop breastfeeding, I'll be more likely to gain the weight back if I don't make some lifestyle changes.

Side note:
To any soon to be moms or new moms- breastfeeding can be HARD! The hardest thing about having a baby for me was feeding him in the beginning. Keep at it! See a lactation consultant (outside of the hospital) & try to make it to week 7/8! That was the turning point for me where it just got "easy". In the end, it is worth it and it does get better than those first few weeks!

I was at my pre pregnancy weight. But when baby started weaning herself at a year old I went from 130 to 170 with no notice. I woke up one morning unable to put my jeans on and had to call my mom to borrow a pair of hers until I could get some
