@momofmonsters2, yeah, a few days later after having two different companies come in and look at it. Co #1 said it'd cost $3600 to replace and fix. Co #2 fixed it in 20 minutes for $80.
@nomli omg that's crazy for that price sheesh. I'm glad it's fix though and for a less price. Seems like in the summer the a.c. stop working and it felt like a heat wave now it's Just freezing ughh never ends. . I will check the site we need some asap

That's terrible. We lost water on Christmas, and since we're steam heat I was worried we'd lose heat too. Did you get any space heaters??
