Dreading the fact that we're spending New Years with my husbands family in the country.....😒 like we've done every freaking year. Not in the mood for the 15 different smells in the air. The dirt roads, sitting down with his grandma while she talks to me and I cant understand a damn word while my husband gets drunk with cousins outside. And I'm left inside with my son .... with no tv and service.😩

Well that sucks. I love living in the country. Can basically do what you want when you want and not worry about anyone or anything 🤷🏼♀️

Dang boo! Idk if your a scrapbooker or plan to make anything for baby but this would be a good time to do that. Be in your own world and block out the negativity.

@damn.it.red, this is true. I love those things about the country but for someone that was raised in a completely different environment. It's a culture shock. And they way I'm feeling, I'd rather be with my family then put on fake smiles for in laws
