so i’ve been having constant period cramps since 10:30 last night & they woke me up last night like i had to use the bathroom but i barely did.. i’ve drank water so i’m not dehydrated & it doesn’t hurt to pee like i have a uti. doesn’t feel like contractions bc it’s constant cramping. anyone have any ideas? 😩

@kartersmommyy they usually aren't constant and you have relief between contractions but I suppose you could feel some cramps all the time.

@meetthevalentines2017, yeah bc I have Braxton Hicks too so I didn’t know what this cramping was all about lol

@kartersmommyy sometimes you just cramp. I did frequently towards the end.

@kartersmommyy, in the beginning the kind of feel like that. You don’t really know what’s happening until they get intense. At that point you really only breath between them. 🤦🏻♀️

I have pain like this everyday. I’m going to ask my ob about it at my appointment but I’ve been thinking it’s probably him dropping lower & putting a lot of pressure on everything which is causing the cramping & pressure
