Sooo my 14 month old still drinks out of a bottle (yeah yeah, bad I know). We haven’t enforced sippy cups a ton... she’s hated the ones we’ve tried so far (360, and straw ones). Any other suggestions? Or keep trying straw ones?
She just likes to play with all the sippy cups and/or throw them 🙄
Should I just ditch the bottles cold turkey? Or would that be a terrible idea?
She’s a pretty easy going kid but if she does want a “bottle” she gets pretty sassy.

My son still uses a bottle too. He does drink water out of a sippy cup with meals, but drinks his formula out of his bottle. He will not drink his formula out of a sippy cup. Have you tried just water?

I started with these cups because they are soft spout like the bottles. Then moved to the hard spout ones.

If u decide to toss them I'd still keep one but out of her sight and start with juice and water from a cup or u can try milk it's up to u limit a bottle for nap and/or bed time

I recommend getting a soft tip in the brand of bottle you use..

@starienite, haven’t tried water too much, but maybe I should. She’s drinking whole milk now and loves it

It’s worth a try. My son only drinks water with meals but he does drink it from a cup. He can’t drink milk because of allergies and his formula is nasty. Lol. I think that is why he won’t drink it in a cup. I think the bottle makes it hit a different part of his taste buds. I have tried and he makes a gross face and spits it out. Haha.

We use sippy cups that don't have shawls because it's to hard for him to learn how to use it. Try this one. I'll send a picture. And don't worry, every kid is different and you do what you want with your baby. 😊 She's Beautiful!
