Surrogacy Criteria :

*Must be in the ages of 21-36 years old * 37 if in CA or been a surrogate previously

*Must be a US citizen or have Green Card

*Cannot be a member of an Alaskan Indian or Native American Tribe( Due to tribal law system, we are unable to get the necessary clearance for the Intended Parent’s to have sole an exclusive legal rights as the birth parent to the child. As a result, we are unable to work with Native American Surrogates and donors.)

*Must be a Resident of CA(California), CO(Colorado), NV(Nevada), OR(Oregon), or TX(Texas)

*BMI (Body Mass Index) calculate your weight & height or if you don’t know how to I will be more than happy to calculate it, & has to be lower than 32

*No convicted felonies

*Non-Smoker

*No anti-depressant or anxiety medications

*Must have at least one child

*No pre-term deliveries(<36 weeks for singleton; <33 weeks for twins)
