Wow when your dad doesn't even call to wish his grandson a happy birthday, but friends and family(his dad's side) call to wish Joey (our oldest) a happy birthday. Shows who has time and actually interested in my son's life. I had to tell my oldest grandpa was busy today, which im not sure if that's true. Still my dad could be sent a text or phone call saying happy birthday. Such a shame for my kids, but they have other family thank goodness

I know the feeling, my poor baby doesnt have anyone in the family who really gives a fuck or even showed up to her 1st bday, but his other kids get calls and presents and everything, breaks my heart.

@miniwolfe that's so sad. I'm sure Joey notices my face when I tell him about grandpa. It feels like my fault bc I know my dad's judging me for the decisions I've made over the years.

@miniwolfe exactly like why not just leave the judgement behind. I could judge him for the things that his wife and him and have done, but I don't bring it up at all like wth
