Has anyone had a D&C is it scary? They called today trying to schedule me for one and I asked for extra time she said she'd give me till Tuesday 🙊 I'm scared like for real I'm a grown ass woman I don't worry about much but I've never had surgery before and I'm like actually worried.

I had one two weeks ago and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. My bleeding lasted for maybe 4 days and it was spotting and I had very minor cramps.

I had one in April my baby passed away at 6weeks .... don’t be scared they put you under the scary part is when your contracting with no meds that hurts like hell. But the procedure is fast

I was put to sleep so I just tried to relax much as I possibly could but I honestly don't know if it's the same everywhere else.

I have. I had support (whichbi reallt needed at the time) so as much as of that helps. I was nervous but after I made sure to try and rest as much as possible afterwards , also I'm so sorry you have to go through this I wish you well. Try to take it easy and not worry yourself it will be ok

My best friend just had one.... she said it was uncomfortable but not painful. But hers wasn’t to evacuate an pregnancy. She had a c section and there was a chunk of the placenta that was still in there.
