It's not even 10 am and I have wiped my daughter's nose about 40 times. Anyone have any suggestions…

It's not even 10 am and I have wiped my daughter's nose about 40 times. Anyone have any suggestions to get her nose to stop running like a fountain?!?! I have used the nose sucker and used the steamy shower to try and help with her cough.
