🤔 I'm curious to why only in the mornings like literally right b4 I wake up when I'm light sleeping It feels like Im gagging? It's so hard to explain! I don't do the motion as if I'm really gagging it's the feeling. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Even experienced this? Cause I can't only be the weird one on this lol.

@shanolas1st Haha that's probably why. Im no doctor but I've studied physiology and anatomy intently. Puzzle pieces fit. Plus the space that the uterus is taking up pushes the digestive track up closer to your mouth making back splash a lot more likely

@addeeisme yea pretty much every night I'm eating a bowl of cereal as I type lol
@shanolas1st Yeah they could. Too much acid reflux has made me gag without the gag. Like stomach acid backup. After laying down horizontally all night I wouldn't be surprised if that's what was happening. Do you eat before you fall asleep or get a middle of the night snack?
@addeeisme would those 2 make me gag tho? It's pretty weird how it only happens in the am's and I don't get or feel sick.
@ashleybrunais98 I don't throw up tho nor do I feel like I need to? It's freakn weird cause it happens every morning.
I think I have the same problem since then other day I'll get up take dogs out and g9 back to sleep than I notice that my throw up is coming up I'm sorry if that was TMI I've been trying figure out what's been causing mines while I'm asleep
