I know everyone is different, I kept all the caffeine in my pregnancy as I had in my regular days when not pregnant and had two very healthy babies. And it helped me from getting constipated which was always a problem for me
It should be fine, you can do up to 200mg of caffeine a day while pregnant and a cup of black tea only has about 50mg. At least, that’s what my OB gave me as a guideline, if you’re concerned you can always check at your next apt what your doc recommends as a safe amount. Hope that helps!
