Moms... how much maternity leave time did you get after baby?? 👶🏼
This popped up in my feed this morning and I thought I would see how everyone deals with going back to work. I was fortunate to never go back to a job. I know how exhausting and stressful times were those first few days, weeks & months, so it was also nice having my husband home full time!
How did you guys handle maternity leave??

I got 12 weeks, 6 of them were unpaid. My husband got 3 weeks and took off 2 at first and then took off one day each week for 5 weeks.

6 weeks, mostly unpaid, I had 9 days of vacation pay. I may only get 6 weeks this time too... :(

My job would’ve only given me 6 weeks unpaid, but I ended up quitting at 35 weeks pregnant 🤷🏽♀️ My baby’s 8 weeks old, and in another month or so I’ll start applying for a new job!
