For those of you who were TTC and succeeded the first try, how often did you guys have sex?

I had sex almost every day, once a day, and every day once during my ovulation. I know some women who had been on birth control for years had issues but I had been on it about 4 years and came off of it and got pregnant right away.

They say it's best to do it every other day so that the swimmers can restore themselves

My friend only had sex twice. It's more about timing than quantity

I tracked everything with my ovia app. It was pretty accurate with telling me when I’d ovulate. We conceived after month one! We BD on the second day of my window and like one day after.
